Activities
The 32 Volcanes Internship Program welcomes students and professionals are ready for more responsibility and leadership opportunities in our education, health, agroecological, and/cultural projects. The Service Learning Program centers its work on cultural belonging and relevance, allowing service learners to gain a greater understanding of Guatemala’s present by learning about its history. Service learners must have at least intermediate Spanish in order to participate in this option.
During weeks 1-2, the intern will participate in general 32 Volcanes project activities, according to our project programming in order to build a solid foundation and understanding of 32 Volcanes’ regenerative projects. During weeks 3+, the intern will focus on their preferred project activities according to their interests and the projects’ needs and programming.
